I am a Venezuelan-Chilean women who lives in the Blue Mountains on unceded Dharug and Gundungurra land with my life partner and kids. I grew up very connected to nature, to my Afro Venezuelan culture, and to my unspoken (but present) mestizo heritage through my grandmother’s teachings and presence.

 

Becoming a mother was my first conscious rite of passage. Following a life affirming and empowering second homebirth, I went on to complete the 4 Seasons Journey with the School of Shamanic Womencraft founded by Jane Hardwicke Collings. I immersed myself into earth-based practices and the cyclical and ancient wisdom of the Goddess archetypes to reclaim the divine feminine with in me. As part of deepening my womencrafting I trained as a doula with Anna Watts from Celebration of Birth Doula Academy which provided me with more tools to support women at their birth altar and other initiations.

 

 In 2016 I began a long journey which led me to a holistic approach to healing. No longer fulfilled by my career in academia,  I embraced a deep journey of remembering and embodiment through ancestral, inter-generational, and personal trauma healing. Rebirthing breathwork and somatic therapy were key to that process. Breathwork was a transformative experience that brought me healing at the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. After this experience I successfully trained for two years to become a certified Creative Breathwork practitioner with Redlyn Parker.

 

In 2023 I completed a 18 months shamanic healing practitioner program with Mark Steinward (One Tribe), to deepen my shamanic knowing and practice. I learned to work with my guides from a place of unconditional love to identify trauma in the body and remove unhealthy energies that block our vitality and light. I dove deeper into the wisdom of the medicine Wheel and Oneness. I grew in my capacity to open mind, body, and spirit in order to allow healing energy to flow through me like a bone that is hollow. I now weave this knowledge and practice into my work to enable deep re-membering, healing and transformation.

In 2024 I completed an intense and life transformative training in the USA with The School of Lost Borders to facilitate  Wilderness solos/ Visionquests for any one marking any important transition in their life.

I am an intuitive healer and support people to recognise and shift old patterns/ outdated beliefs so that they can create the lives they envision. 

 

I work with all layers of the energetic body- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

 

I currently support clients (male and female) on their healing journeys in one-on-one breathwork and shamanic healing sessions in person and online.

 

What I offer to groups:

I facilitate rite of passage ceremonies and workshops for Women of all ages to consciously honour and celebrate birth, menarche, and motherhood.

 

I also run Circles for Women in the Blue Mountains and online. Connection and ceremony are powerful tools for healing, celebration, and magic.

​

I facilitate wilderness solo / Visionquest to small groups in nature supported by the wisdom of the Four Shields, Mirroring and council.

 

Trauma informed embodiment healing and Earth based rites and ceremony are part of my calling to be of service.
