I, Akua Gutierrez acknowledge with deep gratitude the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and the Gundungurra and Dharug Peoples on whose land I am grateful to call home. I pay my deepest respects to the Indigenous Women who birthed and sat together in circle on this land and to the Elders past and present. I acknowledge that I live on stolen land and that sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
